I’ve been there and I know just how frustrating it can be. Getting into shape can get overwhelming – quickly. Especially when you have a million other things you need to get done and you’re dead tired. Don’t sweat it, I got you!

My Story

In May 2016 my weight peaked at 258 Lbs. (I’m 5”5’) and I had ZERO confidence in every aspect of my life. Through all the inches of fat consuming my body (and soul) I had completely lost my identity and self-worth. I was so depressed. Not to mention very uncomfortable. It got to the point where just putting my shoes on was a task that zapped me of what little energy I had.

It wasn’t until January 2017 that I decided I had to make a change…

And I did.

I went from 258 Lbs. to 175 Lbs. losing a total of 83 Lbs!

As soon as I got the Quick Start Guide to Keto I felt more confident in working towards my health goals. I had 60lbs to lose & was feeling overwhelmed. The thought of planning out every meal & macro was almost enough to make me throw in the towel before I even started. But this guide & Alex has made keto so SIMPLE & healthy. The 28 – day meal plan has me feeling full, satisfied because it tastes AMAZING, and I was able to prep in advanced to take something off of my mom brain. I can’t even begin to express how much easier this has made my new Keto Lifestyle. Thank you, Alex!

I have 3 cats (2 boys and 1 girl). My husband and I call them “The Pride”

I’ve driven across the country twice. Omg the rockies are breathtaking – literally, lol.

One thing on my bucket list is to visit all 50 States and every Province in Canada in an RV!

I’m licensed in Life, Accident and health insurance and worked in the industry for over 15 years.

I used to travel and play poker tournaments. I still play occasionally when I have time. I absolutely love the game!

I enjoy playing video games with my husband – Call of Duty, anyone?

Rain is my favorite weather, especially when I can be home in my yoga pants, snuggling in bed with my little family watching comedies 😍

I love going on adventures, hiking, camping and being in nature. Oh, and floating on a lake is heaven!
