My Story
It wasn’t until January 2017 that I decided I had to make a change…
And I did.
I went from 258 Lbs. to 175 Lbs. losing a total of 83 Lbs!

I have been eating Keto for the last 6 weeks and I wish I would have done it sooner. So far I have lost 15 pounds and a total of 13 inches so far!
